Engra (the "Services") is operated by Artalaxies LLC ("we", "us", "Company"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website, console, and APIs.

We design our Services for business teams. This policy applies to account holders, authorized users, and visitors to our marketing site.

Account data: name, email, team name, authentication identifiers, and role within your workspace.

Usage and billing data: API usage metrics, gateway request logs (with sensitive payload fields redacted where configured), subscription and payment status via our payment processor.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, locale preference, session cookies, and security logs.

Content you submit: gateway configuration, routes, API keys metadata, agent memory content you store in the Services, and support communications.

Provide, secure, and improve the Services, including authentication, routing, metering, and customer support.

Process payments and send service-related notices.

Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect against abuse or security incidents.

With your direction or consent, for optional product communications.

With your workspace administrator's consent in the Engra console, we may use agent memory content and related structured knowledge your team stores in the Services to improve and train models that power or support the Services (including evaluation and quality improvement).

Your workspace administrator may decline this use. If declined or not yet decided, we treat that content as excluded from such training use by default.

Do not store secrets, payment card data, government IDs, or other highly sensitive personal data in memory libraries intended for product improvement. You remain responsible for content your team submits.

This section describes purposes and choices only; it does not describe internal engineering pipelines.

We use infrastructure and subprocessors (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment) that process data on our instructions under agreements that require appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information for money. See our Do Not Sell page for California residents.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Services.

We retain account and billing records as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute purposes.

Gateway history logs are retained according to your plan; observability data may be stored in separate analytics systems with defined retention.

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Virginia, and others), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

To exercise rights, email privacy@engra.ai. We will verify your request and respond within applicable timelines.

You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
