By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms with Artalaxies LLC on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Engra provides AI infrastructure tools including multimodal gateway routing and agent memory APIs.

Features, limits, and pricing are described on our site and in your plan. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys and for activity under your workspace.

Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

You will not use the Services to violate law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse rate limits.

You are responsible for content sent through your gateways and for compliance with upstream provider terms.

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

Refunds, if any, are handled according to your plan and applicable law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Disputes should first be addressed by contacting support; where arbitration or courts apply, venue will be as stated in an order form or separate agreement if you have one.
